As we head into 2025, we'd like to thank all of our awesome families for the great memories and experiences we've had together in 2024! May the New Year bring your families more joyful moments together! We look forward to seeing you all upon the reopening of the school on January 6!
And that's a wrap! Thank you to all the families who attended our Holiday Pageant today! From finding Santa, and jingling our bells, to letting our little lights shine, the children all did a fantastic job with this year's show! We had beautiful angels, adorable animals with their shepherds, and an amazingly cute retelling of the story of Jesus. We hope you all have a wonderful and safe holiday break, and look forward to seeing you all in the coming new year!
Great fun was had by all who participated in the gingerbread program last week! We're looking forward to a wonderful final week of 2024, ending with our Christmas Program before our winter break! Please see the Director's Newsletter, email, or your child's teacher for all the details!
Just a reminder, following the FCPS schedule, we are closed Today, Monday, November 11. Thank you to all Veterans for your dedication to our country!
⏰Daylight Saving Time⏰️
️
We don't like it in spring when it takes the extra hour away, but it gives us so much more sunshine in which to run and play!
In the Fall, clocks move 1 hour back, by 5pm, the sky is black! We miss the sunshine, but no need to weep, the clocks going back mean an extra hour of sleep!
So don't forget before you go to bed, set those clocks back an hour, sleepyhead!
Welcome to November! It's hard to believe that we have already been in school for two full months! We are thankful for each and everyone of our families and staff, past and present, who have made our school such a wonderful place!
Just a reminder, Halloween Parade is this morning. Please be sure to send a change of clothing for your children.
Also a quick reminder,
Following the FCPS schedule, school will be closed on Friday, November 1 through Tuesday, November 5! Enjoy the long weekend!
