💥This is a hard truth.
None of us are entitled to a healthy life, and some of you were dealt brutal cards.
The fact remains the same…
If you want the longest, healthiest life possible, you have to work for it.
💣No one is coming to save you.
💣No one can do your exercise for you.
💣No one else can manage your stress.
You’re the one who has to make lifestyle choices that support the health you want.
💥This is why health and vitality become such a big flex the older you get.
💥They can’t be bought.
💥Health is wealth.
💥Always has been.
💥Always will be.

Nearly every exercise is good for something, BUT no single exercise will solve a problem like pain, which gets increasingly complex the longer it stays around.
Can a specific stretch or movement provide temporary relief?
Absolutely.
Will it solve the root of the problem?
Not a chance.
The takeaway?
If you want to get to the root of the pain and solve the problem, DON’T expect to do it by finding some super secret never-before-seen stretch or exercise. In other words, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!
Instead of wasting time looking for silver bullet solutions, take a holistic approach.
Consider your sleep, diet, stress, and movement; all of these play a massive role in pain.
When you examine them piece by piece, you’ll see ways to set yourself up for long-term success by adjusting your lifestyle and, yes, maybe even using some of the movements you see on social media.
In this case though, you’ll be using them for what they are; tools rather than comprehensive solutions.
I believe you can get out of pain and return to things you love to do.

First scan was take in December of 2022, last scan was August of 23.
Real change takes time and for a lot of us, we struggle through out the year because we lose hope, or things get busy.

The work is too hard and the journey is too long.
