Exciting News: We're Upgrading to OnCourse!

After thoughtful discussions with our school administrators, teachers, counselors, and district leadership, we're pleased to announce that we'll be transitioning from PowerSchool to OnCourse for our Student Information System.

Why OnCourse?

This upgrade will provide families and staff with a more user-friendly experience while giving our leaders powerful tools to quickly analyze student data. Most importantly, OnCourse is designed with one goal in mind: equipping leaders with information geared to boost student achievement while making it easier for parents to stay informed about their child's academic journey.

👏 Our amazing Girls on the Run team wrapped up the school year by giving back to the community. They organized a volunteer project to support BARK
(Boudreaux’s Animal Rescue Krewe)---collecting donations and supplies, and even visiting the shelter to lend a helping hand (and some love!) to the animals. 💕🐾

Way to go, team! Your compassion and hard work make a real difference. 💪💛

Students may wear this year's spirit shirts any day of the week instead of uniform polos.
Spirit shirts from previous years may only be worn on Fridays.

After 28 incredible years of dedication, passion, and commitment, we bid a fond farewell to Melissa Young as she retires from Phoenix Magnet, now Bolton Academy. Melissa has been a cornerstone of our school community, touching the lives of countless students, colleagues, and families with her wisdom, kindness, and enthusiasm.

We’re bursting with pride over our Girls on the Run team this year! 🏃‍♀️👟💨
Our school had the BIGGEST Girls on the Run group in all of Rapides Parish at the 5k — with 30 amazing runners showing up, working hard, and supporting each other every step of the way! ⭐️

A special shout-out to Sidney for finishing the 5K
3rd overall and Harper for coming in 5th — what an incredible achievement!

Huge thanks to our amazing coaches, Coach Ray and Coach McKenzie, for your dedication, encouragement, and leadership. You made this season unforgettable!
