Please join us in congratulating Ms. Adrianna as she officially transitions into her new role as a teacher in our PreK/K classroom! A proud graduate of Grambling State University and currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Teaching, Ms. Adrianna brings both experience and a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. For the past 13 years, she has been an invaluable part of the Peabody Montessori family, building strong relationships with students, families, and staff while making a lasting impact on our school community. While her title may be changing, the dedication and steady presence she brings to Peabody remain the same. We are excited to watch her continue to grow as an educator and know she will do amazing things in her new classroom!

Mrs. Smith is no stranger to our school community, having dedicated 17 years to Peabody Montessori and bringing 19 years of experience in education into this upcoming school year. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles. Her wealth of experience, commitment to student success, and passion for education make her an excellent fit for this position. We are excited to see the impact she will continue to make at Peabody Montessori!

Mrs. Smith wrapped up the year with an amazing AR Glow Party in the library! 📚 The top five readers from each grade level earned an invitation to celebrate all of their hard work and love for reading. The library was glowing with fun, excitement, and lots of smiles! One of the sweetest moments of the party was when a couple of students asked if they could read a book during the celebration which obviously made Mrs. Smith’s librarian heart so happy. 💚 This was a wonderful way to celebrate our readers and encourage a lifelong love of books!

If you didn’t end your school year with an impromptu talent show…did you really go out with a bang?! 💥 We had singing, break dancing, narrated jousting, and everything in between! We love our students sharing their talent with us! 🎤🕺🏾💃🏻

Our teachers had a little fun with Underground Spirit Week! 😂 The secret daily themes definitely caused some double takes and funny looks in the car rider line from parents wondering what in the world was going on! It gave our teachers a chance to have a little extra fun during these busy end-of-year days. Sometimes the adults need spirit week too! 🎉
