🏈 Rounding our way to a Wildcat WIN! 🐾❤️

With the first Wildcat football game tonight, 3rd grade math had to get in on the fun! Our students practiced rounding numbers to the nearest 10 and 100 with a little Wildcat Football competition. 🏈

Students had so much fun moving down the field with every correct answer and trying to make it to the end zone!

GO WILDCATS!🐾🏈

Today in Mrs. Rape's 5th grade Math class, students used the Order of Operations correctly to solve each problem. Students transitioned through 6 operating rooms and had to use the correct order of operations to save their patient's life.

Thank you to Russell Medical for donating all gowns, gloves, hair nets, masks and shoe coverings. It made the students feel like real doctors & surgeons.

Come out and join the Alexander City Police Department on August 15th for our Annual D.A.R.E. Public Safety Fun Day. This is a wonderful opportunity for the youth to meet our officers, hang out, and enjoy a day of fun. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.
