Victory Baptist Academy believes the King James Bible of 1611 to be the absolute Word of God. Accepting the Bible and its absolutes as the final authority enables guidelines and disciplines. Right and wrong can only be clearly defined, and definite direction can be given. Education that is founded upon the absolutes of the Bible makes it possible for the student to know where he or she came from, why he or she is here, and where he or she is going. True education should provide an opportunity to increase in wisdom and knowledge. True education should provide each student with the means of reaching his or her greatest potential. Therefore, it is our goal to furnish requirements and standards that will exceed governmental standards of education. True education should produce good effective citizens. It must make knowledge of our rich heritage available to each generation. Christian education should strive to instill into each student virtues of honesty, integrity, responsibility, sincerity, and respect that produces patriotic, effective citizens. An effective citizen should be educated to understand political structures and processes. Christian education should bring an awareness of the need of healthy living habits. This would include not only personal habits, but collective practice in our community, state, and nation.
