The CED program in Aledo UMC is a preschool for ages 2 years to Pre-K where they can learn and play.

It’s here! It’s here! The day is finally here! Tomorrow, September 9 is our first day of school!!

Tote bag? Check! Lunchbox, snack and water bottle? Check! Rest mat? Check! Change of clothes? Check!

Class starts at 8:30am and ends at 2:20pm. See you in one sleep!

Reminder: Orientation Day is THIS Tuesday, September 8th from 10-11am. The first 20 minutes will allow you and your child to get acquainted with the teachers, classroom, and new friends. Then at 10:20am, the child will remain in their classroom with the teachers, while you attend the parent meeting in the Sanctuary.

Bring your Health Requirement and immunization forms.

Attention CED families, if you missed VBS registration, don’t worry! Doors open tomorrow, Sunday, July 12th at 5pm, and you can navigate over to the Late Registration table to sign your kiddos up!

This year we will welcome campers 4 years old (by July 1st, 2026) through 5th grade to Snowball Mountain Challenge. Sunday, July 12th – Thursday, July 16th 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

If you miss the registration, come early on July 12th and see us at the late registration desk!

Today is our last day of CED for this school year. We enjoyed every moment we shared together and are very sad to see it end. We hope you have a blessed summer!

We look forward to seeing familiar and new faces in the fall, and we wish all the best for our brilliant kids starting Kindergarten.
