After thirteen years in Bolivar Tater Tots Family Daycare is moving to the country!! 😃 Beginning Monday, March 30th the daycare will be located in Aldrich on the farm just a 1/4 mile from our house. Fair Play school district. I will continue to offer the same level of care I've always offered; and new experiences such as seeing the bottle calves and getting to pet on them, as well as feeding chickens and collecting eggs among other "farm" activities. I can't wait to start this new adventure and share a bit of farm life with the kiddos! Lots of fresh country air and new adventures await. If you or someone you know is needing childcare please reach out. I have a very limited number of openings available. Ages served are 4 weeks to 10 years old.

I'll be replacing my daycare cribs (24x38 size) ten cots (angeles brand 21.5 x 52) and a few other things in the next couple of weeks if anyone knows someone looking for daycare items. All in great shape, just updating.

I know you all have so much going on I thought I would send a quick easy reference for dealing with the heat! This information could be shared with your parents as well. Also, please let any families that you think may need a cool place to stay know that PCHC is a cooling center, and we are here to help them as much as possible.



Additional cooling centers can be found at Polk County Library, Bolivar Rec Center, and Community Outreach Ministries.

Extreme heat can cause children to become sick in several ways. Make sure to protect your child from the heat as much as possible, watch for symptoms, and call your doctor if you see any develop.
