Santa took some time from his busy holiday schedule to visit Fifi's Creative Kids. Having him in our classroom was magical. Thank you, Santa for visiting our preschool!! Fifi's Creative Kids is always about giving back to the community, and after just a few short weeks, we collected over 100 pounds of food this year. Thank you to all our families for helping us this year, and for encouraging our kids to always give back. Everything was donated to the Dulles South Food Pantry. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Fifi's Creative Kids!

This Halloween just like every year our very talented teacher Ms. Parveen decorated our kids' favorite characters on the pumpkins and they got to take them home for a price that our families paid we got to donate the money to "St. Jude Children's Research Hospital", which was awesome. The families paid $50.00 per pumpkin and the total was $350. We are proud of all our families who helped us reach this goal and our teachers who made this possible. Developing motor skills in children is crucial as it lays the foundation for their physical and cognitive growth. Fine motor skills involve small muscle movements, like those in the fingers and hands, which are essential for tasks like writing, cutting, and buttoning clothes. Gross motor skills, which involve larger muscle groups, help kids with activities like running, jumping, and balancing. Using toys like magnet tiles, puzzles, and Legos provides a way to enhance these skills. We use magnet tiles, puzzles, and legos to help kids build motor skills through play at Fifi's Creative Kids Center!
