All we have to say is WOW! 🤩

We asked, and you guys certainly showed up! Within hours of posting our request for Fall Fest and Picture Day helpers, every volunteer spot was filled! And even after that, we continued to hear from families interested in helping.

Well… we heard you! Thanks to the overwhelming response, we were able to open up a few additional volunteer spots for Fall Fest! If you were hoping to join us but missed out the first time around, head back to the sign-up and take another look!

And the support hasn’t stopped there! One of our kindergarten families has generously donated enough pumpkins for every Primary and UPK student to enjoy during our fall festivities! We are continually amazed by the generosity of our school community and all the different ways our families step up to make these experiences special for our kids.

To say we are incredibly appreciative is an understatement. THIS is how we show up for our kids. THIS is how we keep fun events going at our school! ❤️

We know not everyone who wants to volunteer will be able to snag a spot, so we also wanted to highlight a few more opportunities coming up this year:

📚 Scholastic Book Fair — Early November
Volunteers will help students pick out books, restock merchandise as needed, and help keep the fair running smoothly.

🎁 Merry Moose Shop — December
Volunteers will help students shop for affordable holiday gifts, as well as assist with restocking and keeping the shop organized.

Everyone who attended the volunteer training in August will be submitted for board approval at the October 14th meeting.

You may also wish to reach out to your child’s classroom teacher to see if they are in need of parent volunteers throughout the year.

Thank you again for your incredible support! We couldn’t make these fun activities happen without you! ❤️

THANK YOU for your patience and understanding at Mum Pickup tonight!

Between the Primary & Intermediate Schools, we sold over 1,600 mums!!! 😲🌸

That’s an incredible response, but it also meant delivery took a little longer this year as we worked to get everything delivered in one day.

We truly appreciate everyone who participated, volunteered & supported our fundraisers. 💙💛

Thank you for supporting our students and our schools!

Reminder to pick up your beautiful mums today at the primary school from 4-6:30 PM. Thank you for all your support to make this an amazing fundraiser! 💙🐾💛
