🚩2020 FLAG FOOTBALL SEASON 🏈
Our Flag Football season came to a conclusion this past weekend with our league tournament. Saturday was crazy and exciting both on and off the field with Mother Nature always making it interesting.
We crowned 1 team in each division for both K-2 and 3-5:
The K-2 division saw the Sharks (West Sioux) take 1st Place with the Gators (Gehlen) grabbing 2nd Place.
The 3-5 division saw the Gators (Gehlen) take 1st Place with the Bears (A-H) grabbing 2nd Place.
Here were the final results for both divisions:

3rd - Panthers (A-H)
4th - Blue Jays (West Sioux)
5th - Badgers (Gehlen)
6th - Bears (A-H)

COACHES
The coaches this year were amazing. They provided the structure and leadership that was needed for each of their teams and are continuing to lay the foundation for the future of the flag football program.
Coaching can be a rewarding experience, but can be widely described as a difficult and thankless job. Please help me give a BIG THANKS to the following coaches that deserve our appreciation. I know there are a few coaches that were left off the list as they did not sign up to coach originally. If anyone knows the names of those coaches please let me know so they can be recognized.

PARENTS
Lastly, BIG THANKS to all of the parents that continue to support our flag football program. Every year our parents never cease to amaze us in how they show their support; whether it's making sure their player gets to practice and games, adapting their schedule around our program, encouraging their players to participate and improve, and being the players #1 Fan at the games, they always are there. Keep doing what you do!
