We are seeking a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented individual for this position.

What you’ll do:
• Process student and staff meal transactions and assist with cafeteria operations.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records and provide clerical support.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Handle confidential information with care while staying organized and detail-oriented.

As we get ready to kick off a great school year, we’re excited to welcome students and families to tomorrow’s Back to School Day! To help keep drop-off safe and traffic moving smoothly, please keep these reminders in mind:

⭐ Please reserve accessible parking spaces for those who need them, and display a valid placard when using these spaces.

⭐ Please drop students off in the right lane near the school and keep the left lane open for the flow of traffic.

⭐ After your student has safely exited the vehicle and is with Alburnett staff, please exit through the left lane.

⭐ Alburnett staff will be outside to help direct students and traffic.

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and make the day run smoothly. Let’s have a great year, Pirates!

Alburnett Families, don’t forget! Back to School Night is tomorrow, August 19, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for registration help, meeting teachers and staff, locker assignments, and, best of all, reconnecting with fellow Pirates!

Students attending can have their school photo taken for free. Photos will be used for student IDs and class composites, with additional photos available for purchase.

Missed the event? An alternative picture day will be held October 1, 2026.

Family Open House Event

A few reminders for parents:

Every Alburnett student who attends the Open House Event may be photographed at no charge. This photo will be used as a student ID as well as individual photos and for class composites

If you miss the photo day or can't attend the Open House event on Aug 19th. There will be an alternative picture day for students on Oct. 1st. 2026.

Directions To ORDER PHOTOS- Before/During the Open house:
● Fill out order form with payment and turn in to a Halverson Staff Member.
● Ordering & Payment can also be made with a debit/credit card from now until Aug 21st (with no service fee charged) at https://shop.imagequix.com/g1001400390

🎤 Isaac Langley — Choir Teacher
Isaac will be leading our vocal music program and helping students find their voices, build confidence, and rock the stage!

🎺 John Freund — Band Instructor
John will be guiding our instrumental music program and inspiring students through performance, collaboration, and helping them march to the beat!
