WHAT IS A MEDALS PROGRAM?
A Medals Program is similar to the belt system in karate. Every ballroom, Latin, swing, and country-western dance has three main levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A Medals Program provides challenge and motivation as students progress from one level to the next!
WHAT IS A MEDALS BALL?
A Medals Ball is a formal event where dancers receive their Achievement Awards in their various medals levels. Their dances are scored objectively, so it is a non-competitive event; each dancer progresses at their own pace and is awarded for their own level! There is a great sense of community and bonding among the dancers. EVERYBODY WINS!
WHO IS INVOLVED IN A MEDALS PROGRAM?
There is a medals level for EVERYONE, from brand-new beginners to seasoned professionals. There's always a chance to achieve a HUGE SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT and LEVEL UP!
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IF I AM NOT A DANCER?
As we grow our supportive and encouraging community, all you need is to love to dance and support others! We need people to cheer the dancers on! It's exciting and fun to be a spectator!

THIS FRIDAY, Friday the 20th, is Enchantment Dancing's January Practice Party at 8:15 PM. I've sent PM's and made phone calls, but I just want to remind everyone that all of our group classes are invited to attend for free. So come join us for Waltz at 6:15, Rumba at 7:30, and a fantastic social party after!
