These high achieving New Mexico leaders continue to invest in their growth because they are committed to making a lasting impact on students, staff, and school communities across our state. Grateful for the conversations, the learning, and the shared commitment to doing what is best for kids.❤️

Wow! We have been busy wrapping up EOY programs and completely forgot to take pics! We completed NAVIGATORS, LAUNCH, LEAD, and LEADING and here are a few from LEAD.
We know this work matters. NM students, teachers, and leaders are growing, learning, and becoming so much more because of them, and that impact will carry far beyond these moments. 💪

A successful end to our SOAR journey this year! Superintendents and their teams came together to reflect on their leadership impact, deepen their work around bounded autonomy, and start shaping priorities for next year. Excited for what’s ahead!

This week we celebrated the schools in Navigate that exited their designations based on the new graduation data. Deputy Secretary DeBell, Deputy Secretary Garcia, and PSB Director Elisabeth Peterson joined in recognizing the hard work and dedication that made this possible.
We are proud of these schools, leaders and staff, and most importantly, their students!!!

Our SOAR program brought superintendents together for deep learning and reflection, and on Saturday they were joined by their leadership teams to review their “flight plan” and identify the adjustments needed for a strong second semester. Thoughtful reflection, collaboration, and intentional planning are setting the course for continued growth and success! ✈️👏

Over two days, our Summit coaches leaned into their growth by strengthening their coaching mindset, sharpening precision and brevity, and navigating polarities with purpose. Their courage, curiosity, and commitment set them apart and make them truly exceptional. We are proud of the leadership and impact they bring to our schools every day. 👏❤️
