As summer unfolds, this exceptional team spent 8 hours sharing, collaboratively planning, calibrating and refining clinical visit steps and systems, setting the stage for a wonderful final week ahead, culminating in our LEAP Into Action conference where we'll honor our remarkable 7th cohort of completed LEAPsters! What was the parting gift? A plant exchange! 🪴🌱
