Childhood is not something to rush through. It is something worth protecting.

Caring for children in their earliest years is not a responsibility we take lightly. These years shape how children see themselves, how they treat others, and how they experience the world around them.

That is why we are committed to creating environments where children feel safe, valued, and free to grow in curiosity, kindness, and character.

We are incredibly grateful to Jennifer McCarville from the Save Childhood Movement for spending time with our team and reminding us of the power and purpose behind this work. When we invest in our educators, we invest in every child they care for and the future those children will help shape. 🌿

East Gate Kids uses mirrors and the Reggio in all our infant classrooms. Babies love seeing their reflection.

We believe the moments that seem small are often the ones children remember most.

The day before Transition Day, our team came in to add special touches so every child would feel excited, welcomed, and ready for this next chapter.

Moving to a new classroom is a big milestone. We believe it deserves to be celebrated with intention. By putting in the extra effort, we show children that this moment matters, that they matter, and that they are capable of what’s ahead.

Here’s to new classrooms, new friendships, and a year full of wonder. We can’t wait to watch our children grow. 💚

We have absolutely loved getting to have all of these amazing kids with us all summer long and are so sad to see this summer come to an end!

We had SO much fun this year. We visited llamas, went to the zoo, got to go behind the scenes at Dion’s (which the kids voted their favorite field trip!), had lots of water days, face painting, and made so many memories together.

Summer is always such a special time at East Gate Kids because we get so much extra time with our school age kids, and we truly love getting to watch them have fun, build friendships, try new things, and just be kids!

We are going to miss having them here all day, but we know they are going to have an AMAZING school year! And we are so thankful we still get to see so many of them before and after school.

We love these kids so much and are so thankful for another amazing summer together. 💛

When we say “come grow with us” we mean it. Look at our 2 and 3 year olds creating terrariums.
