We hope that you’re all having a wonderful weekend – and we’d like to remind you that today is the International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples worldwide. Today marks the day of the first meeting, in 1982, of the UN Working Group on Indigenous Populations of the Sub-Commission of the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.
As you enjoy this summer Sunday, don’t forget to take some time to celebrate the achievements of Indigenous peoples all over the world, especially during these challenging times. Learn more about this event here! https://www.un.org/en/observances/indigenous-day
