While there were no active clubs in that area, that part of District 23 in SW Texas before June 30, 2025 is now included in District 55. Clubs that form in that area, will become part of Diatrict 55.

Several of our D23 Toastmasters will appear onstage at this live Speaker Showcase event, "One Stage, Many Voices," sponsored by the NM chapter of the National Speaker's Association.

Three of the ten speakers are Toastmasters from District 23,
They include:
