📖 The Qur’an is not just to be recited… it is to be lived.
Many of us open the Qur’an seeking reward — and that is خير عظیم. But the companions of the Prophet ﷺ approached it differently… they saw it as a message meant personally for them.
Every verse was guidance.
Every command was a call to action.
Every warning was taken seriously.
Hasan al-Basri رحمه الله said:
“The Qur’an was revealed to be acted upon, but people have taken its recitation as their action.”
Let’s ask ourselves today:
When we read the Qur’an…
• Do our hearts move?
• Do our actions change?
• Do we pause and reflect?
🌱 Try this today:
Read just a few verses… slowly. Reflect on one message… and apply it before the day ends.
Because the true نور of the Qur’an is not in how many pages we complete…
but in how deeply it transforms us.
