Just sayin' ---I'm not too sad about the US women's soccer team losing...that's what happens when your team is not loyal to the country you represent. You could have at least put your hand over your heart and sing the national anthem when you are representing your country!!!!🥰 Those girls look like a bunch of losers anyway!

You need to watch this with me...

I just found out today that anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders can be caused by your gut health.

Most people don’t even know what that means, but there are so many studies backing this up apparently! Crazy right?!

It is time to share the first half of my great news!
I have collaborated with Douglas Cardwell and we have created the first ever, hypnotic sound bath! No one has ever done this before and we are getting rave reviews...here's an example: I sense a true and fundamental shift from receiving this beautiful and precious Voice Bath.
The musical foundation of gongs and bowls, invited me to float into myself…. and her voice provided a journey into safety and profound change.
I was gently guided into cleaning out my unconscious garden and the benefits have been measurable and wonderful.
I will be using this healing mediation regularly~~~
