Check your inbox, Charger parents! The AAPA has introduced a new monthly roundup packed with opportunities to get involved, and our September roundup is here! This month is full of ways to support our students, faculty, and staff while having fun and connecting with our community.

We need volunteers all three days to help check in students and faculty. The SignUp links are in the comments. Order forms were sent home with your student, and you can also find it on ChargerHub in What's New. Cash, check, or billing to your student's Academy account are accepted.

It was great to see new and familiar faces at the first AAPA General Board meeting of the year. Thank you to Ms. Puente and the Admissions team for stopping by to share updates with us. CHARGER FAMILIES, WE’RE OFF TO THE RACES! 🐎❤️🖤

The Countdown is on - Homecoming is just ONE MONTH away! The Year of the Horse meets Albuquerque Academy! Get ready for a weekend packed with Charger spirit, friends, and fun.

Parents, there will be plenty of ways to be part of the celebration - from attending events to volunteering to contributing items for the all-grades student Bonfire. We hope your family will join in the fun! The Balloon Glow, Jr. vs. Sr. Flag Football Game, and Homecoming athletic events are always highlights for families.

The AAPA is coordinating activities including the 6-7 Homecoming Spirit Games, student Bonfire, Homecoming dance décor, Charger spirit giveaways at the football game and Balloon Glow, and more.

Stay tuned - our roundup of SignUp links to volunteer or contribute items will land in your inbox NEXT THURSDAY, and the Academy will share the full weekend schedule (you can preview it now on the ChargerHub homepage)! Get ready to bring a little extra horsepower to the celebration!

Charger parents, the AAPA Spirit Squad has big plans for a fun year spreading Charger spirit - and we’d love your help! ❤️ Want to learn more and get involved? Attend the Spirit Squad Kickoff Meeting this Friday, August 21, from 2 - 3:30 p.m. in the West Campus Dining Hall.

Hear about volunteer opportunities during Homecoming, the Bonfire, Under the Lights games, and more, and find a fun way to get involved.
