June is Immigrant Heritage Month, and here at VCI, we want to celebrate and thank immigrants for their presence in our community and honor the languages, stories, and experiences they bring with them!
At VCI, we know that when someone arrives in a new place, language is often the first barrier— and the first bridge. That’s why we’re committed to language access and language justice: because everyone deserves to be heard, to understand, and to be understood.
This month, we celebrate immigrants not for what they produce, but for who they are—and we recommit to building a future where language connects us, not divides us.
