The Balanced Resource Acquisition and Information Network (B.R.A.I.N.), located in the Energy Command Center (ECC) is the City’s newest resource in the fight against climate change. The B.R.A.I.N. is a first-in-the-nation tool that will allow the City to identify and address critical issues related to energy and water use in real-time. It provides real-time visibility and consolidates all government assets into one dashboard. In addition, it will also allow the City to identify and address facilities that use more resources than others.
