The Bosque Amateur Radio Club holds a social net on Saturdays (but not the 1st Saturday as that's for our club meetings). When: 10 AM Mountain time. If you're in central New Mexico, our repeater N5BRC is on 442.750 (+ 5000) PL 162.2 Hz. If you're outside radio range, we have an Echolink node K6LIE-L. The node number is 488194.
You do not have to be a member to stop by and wave a hand! We use Netlogger to keep track of the stations who have checked in.

Event: the BARCNM monthly meeting is this Saturday, May 2, 2016 from 10 AM to 12 PM MDT at the club meeting place at 1909 Grande Ave. in Rio Rancho, across the street, behind Haynes Park and the First Baptist Church of RR.
The guest speaker will be Mike Langer, a local broadcast legend! His topic will be a look at history. Join us for a look back at the amateur radio operators and their inventions that paved the way for today’s broadcasting.
Free coffee & donuts are available. There is plenty of free parking off-street.
