The inclusion of Elyse's piece "NOVA" in our performance highlights the freedom we feel as artists through dance and makes for the perfect closing number of our performance. Here's what Elyse had to share about the piece:

"NOVA was made in 2023 during Elyse's artist residency with the Keshet Makers Space Experience, and funded by a Resiliency Residency grant from the City of Albuquerque's Urban Enhancement Trust Fund. The piece is a celebration of Elyse's first and most beloved dance form, contemporary jazz. "
