Thats right it takes a least 6 weeks of consistent training for your muscles to hypertrophy. We do however begin to see significant strength gains early on in training. This all comes from MOTOR UNIT RECRUITMENT, meaning we start to activate and utilize more of our muscle resulting in an increase in strength.

After 6 weeks is when our muscles begin to hypertrophy, and actually grow in size and number of muscle fibers within the muscle belly.

So don't ever get discouraged if you don't see significant progress quite yet! You can plan on your transformation beginning after that 6th week!

NO MACHINES! Thats right we don't rely on machines to get our training done! And of course, THE WORX FITNESS is the HOME OF THE SUPERSET.

Here we have a SINGLE LEG ECCENTRIC HAMSTRING CURL W/ PHYSIOBALL superset with SINGLE LEG GLUTE BRIDGE W/ PHYSIOBALL. In the first exercise we're focusing on the HAMSTRINGS while also challenging your core stability throughout. This not only STRENGTHENS your hamstrings but the eccentric work helps with hamstring FLEXIBILITY also!

Next we superset this with a GLUTE MAX BRIDGE while also challenging your core stability.

We're killing our posterior chain here while using your ABS to maintain stability throughout the process.

A lot easier said than done! Let's get your OVERALL STRENGTH up!
