The UNL Range Management Club apparel sale begins Oct. 31 and runs until Nov. 13 and serves as a club fundraiser.

The available items to purchase include T-shirts and crewneck sweatshirts. Orders will be ready around the first or second week of December.

Week two. The seedlings are bigger and the milkweed decided to come up.

It’s getting closer to spring. That means it’s time to think about the upcoming growing season. Range Club is preparing for this growing season by growing native plants for the native plant sale.

Last week members traveled to Albuquerque, NM to compete at the Annual Society for Range Management meeting and they brought back some hardware! Kaitlyn Dozler placed 1st in extemporaneous speaking for the second year in a row and the rangeland cup team of Asha Scheideler, Kaitlyn Dozler, Sadie Ference, and Treaven Scheideler placed 2nd. The URME team placed 9th overall. Proud of all the hard work these members put in the last year to prepare for these contests and make UNL look good!

We are raffling off corn hole boards as a fundraiser for our club! Please find a club member or message us on here if you would like to buy tickets to support our club and have a chance to win these! $2 for 1 ticket, or $5 for 3 we will have a live drawing on February 1st for the boards!🌾

Congrats to Kaitlyn Dozler for receiving the Trail Boss Award and Benjamin Janssen for receiving the Trail Blazer Award! These awards are given to the most hard working and dedicated members of the club. Thanks for all you have done the past year you two!🌾

Range Management Club to give away native Nebraska plants | Department of Agronomy and Horticulture | Nebraska The UNL Range Management Club has grown native Nebraska range plants in the greenhouses this semester as a club project. The club members look forward to this annual project and they are excited to share these plants with the University of Nebraska–Lincoln community.
