Join me for an Early Risers Sunrise Stretch on Friday 8/21! 🌅 Ya girl is sponsoring the coffee for Beach Club and is honored to teach a Stretch class before. Class will be at 6:30am before Friday Morning Beach Club kicks off at 7! So we can end with coffee, community, lake dipping, and the sunrise. Same location as the beach club, just earlier. Join Move + Mingle with Adele at Pat Crawford Beach in Edinboro for a relaxing 40-minute lakeside stretch class, proudly sponsored by the Edinboro Lakeside Association. Expect gentle standing, seated + floor stretches designed to help you unwind, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed.

Stay after class and enjoy refreshments provided by Edinboro Lakeside Association.
