When I look at my staff, I see more than teachers.
More than how they bring our lesson plans to life. More than what's on their resume.
I see how each of them gives a gift to their Tree Schoolers that is so uniquely theirs to give and the profound impact that gift can have on the kiddos lucky enough to be theirs.
Of course they teach. They plan, learn, train, guide and do all of the things that make our classrooms what they are.
But they also bring who they are.
Their patience. Their joy. The way they see a kiddo. The way they make them feel. The things that are just naturally theirs to give.
And those gifts become part of your kiddo's experience here.
So that's what I want to share with you as we reintroduce our staff, not just who they are, but the little piece of themselves they give our Tree Schoolers every day.
We're starting with Miss Rebeka.
A mama of three, teacher at The Tree House since 2023, and someone who gives our littlest Tree Schoolers something I wish every kiddo had a little more of:
