Completing the installtion of our elevator earlier this summer is a feat to be celebrated and we did not embark on that long journey of investing in our building simply to have something shiny and new.

We were committed to ensuring our space was accessible to all regardless of their physical ability because of stories like Staci and Hobbes. Their story is our WHY!

We are delighted and excited to share that Innovate Albion is the 2026 recipient of the Marshall Community Foundation Impact Grant! This grant matches funds awarded by the Cronin Foundation and the Albion Community Foundation to support the first year of a two-year pilot program. The Elementary STEM Coordinator Initiative, in partnership with Marshall Public Schools, will support teachers and building staff as they implement the new Ford Future Builder Labs in all four elementary school buildings.

Do you believe that GIRLS have the potential to change the world? We certainly do and that's why we are bringing Technovation to INNOVATE Albion!

Technovation "equips young innovators worldwide with the skills, support, and agency to build tech and AI solutions that solve real-world problems."

This experience will come to life at INNOVATE Albion this summer and fall. First our Technovation Bootcamp on Saturday, August 8. This one day event will bring together girls grades 4th - 7th to identify a community need, brainstorm technology solutions, develop a prototype and pitch their idea all in ONE day.

Does your student love LEGOs but they are ready for a challenge? Check out LEGO Challenge Camp at INNOVATE Albion.

This one week camp gives students a glimpse into the world of robotics through LEGOs and helps them prepare to participate on a LEGO Robotics team (starting in the fall). Students build tools, write code and solve problems all week long and showcase their skills at the end of the week.
