Directions

Basaraba Engineering Students We are student engineers for Matthew Basaraba at Albertville Innovation Academy.

Our program is made of students under a former master machinist/engineer which we aspire to do great things in this field, and anything related, under his leadership. Our team designs and tests our parts with 3d printing and makes the final piece in whatsoever material is required for that part. The work we do involves many different things: Like engraving decorations, jewelry, cups, etc.

Last year in partnership with Northwest Shoals Community College we introduced a BattleBots Education division to Alabama. Today my students, who spent many hours last year designing and building battle arenas, got to participate in the Clash of Champions held at GigaParts Huntsville !

We had a great time and Hudson Jones won the Royal Rumble award. Can't wait till this spring when we come back with better bots and more practice and show what it means to be an Aggie!

I pick one student that made an extreme effort to better themselves and our class the whole year.

All of my students deserve acknowledgement for their hard work but this year it was no surprise that Cameron Burdine was awarded the Engineering student of the year!

He has been dedicated to his future and the success of our class! I couldn't ask for a better young man leading his classmates in everything they do.

Today we held our end of the year BBQ for my class and decided that we would like to feed the staff here at Albertville ...
