🍎 Calling Certified, Noncertified, and Retired Teachers, Mentors, and Tutors!

Are you passionate about helping adults and students continue their education and build a better future? Asbury Media Center Inc. (AMC Inc.) and Lock Dwn Ranch Outreach are seeking volunteers to assist with our Women of Favor, Men of Favor, GED preparation, ACT/SAT preparation, and college preparation classes.

Retired teachers are strongly encouraged to apply!

We need instructors, mentors, and tutors in:

• Mathematics
• English and reading
• History
• Science
• GED preparation
• ACT and SAT preparation
• College preparation
• Mentoring and tutoring
• Additional classes coming soon!

Volunteers may teach one or two days per month for approximately one to two hours per session. This is a wonderful opportunity to support individuals working toward their GED, preparing for college, seeking a better job, earning a promotion, or gaining greater confidence in their education.

These volunteer opportunities may lead to future part-time employment and additional summer hours as our programs grow, including the possibility of opening a community facility in Albertville.

Individuals interested in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program may also request general information about the program. Eligibility is determined by federal requirements, including qualifying employment and other applicable conditions. Volunteer service alone does not guarantee eligibility or loan forgiveness.

To apply, please email your rĂ©sumĂ© to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.
