FREE MIND IMMIGRATION COUNCIL

Free Mind Immigration Council is a nonprofit organization that focuses on creating bridges for immigrants. Migrating from one culture to another can be a burden for some immigrants. It can be challenging and confusing. Therefore, they need someone to give them a leg up.

Free Mind Immigration Council understands their needs and has decided to provide services to immigrants that are facing hard time to find jobs, build resumes, using computers, searching for jobs, finding agencies that are hiring on the spot, and assistance from Department of Social Services (DSS). Free Mind Immigration Council will provide support on helping immigrants become accustom to services such as the steps to follow to go to college, or the steps to follow to register to a technical school program. Communicating with the Board of Education can be challenging for parents with limited English proficiency. Thus, translation and interpretation services are available for those who speak French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish. Services will be provided to single or pregnant mothers in need of service for health care, food, clothing, housing, and so forth.

We will provide Immigration services to low-income families. Free Mind Immigration Council wants to empower individuals to trust and believe change is possible, and that they are not alone in their relocation experience.
