Develop healthy self-concepts. Establish and maintain positive relationships with adults and all children. Develop independence and self-help skills. Exhibit physical, cognitive (thinking), and language skills appropriate to their individual levels of development. Demonstrate listening skills and follow directions. Establish an awareness of emotions. Exhibit and process both verbal and nonverbal expressions. Apply problem solving techniques. Demonstrate appropriate methods of resolving conflicts with others. Utilize basic computer skills to manipulate developmentally appropriate software programs. Appreciate engagement in creative/hands-on experiences. Develop confidence, security and feelings success.
