This marks a significant milestone as our Culinary students unveil the Santiam Room for in-person dining. Countless hours of hard work have brought us to this momentous occasion, and we're thrilled to finally share it with you. This marks our first in-person/seated dining experience since before the COVID era. Please note that we're not currently accepting reservations, and our service model has shifted to self-bussing—no servers as before. The menu can be accessed via a QR code and everything for your meal can be ordered at once. The culinary landscape, along with our approach to student instruction, has evolved significantly due to the impact of COVID.
For those who prefer to continue ordering online for pickup, there's a slight change in the process. You'll still place your order online using the order online link, but now you'll pick it up inside the Santiam Room. You will also use this link to access the daily menu while dining in the restaurant. Similarly, if you're ordering food to-go in person, you'll now do so directly at the restaurant. This reopening symbolizes our initial steps toward normalcy, so we kindly ask for your patience as our staff and students navigate this new chapter of our Culinary journey.
