¡Chorizo a la sidra! means c***r in and is the combination of “sagar”(apple) and “ardo”(w**e). Made with the natural yeast of the fruit and no added sugar, it’s dry and slightly acidic. If you cook fresh pieces of with a generous splash of Basque ***r, the result is simply delicious. Don’t forget the bread to dip it in!
