Meet & Greet with Our New Head of School

All DWS families are invited to a special school-wide Meet & Greet with incoming Head of School John Garrett Abernathy and his family on Wednesday, June 17, from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Lower School campus. This casual, family-friendly event is a wonderful opportunity for parents, students, faculty and staff from all divisions to stop by and welcome the Abernathy family to the DWS community. The playground will be open with supervision for children to enjoy during the event.

A new first grade tradition is officially buzzing at Deerfield-Windsor — The Last Day of School Spelling Bee! 🐝🎉

Our first graders took the stage with confidence, courage, and lots of school spirit, spelling their hearts out like true champions. We are so proud of every student who participated and gave it their all!

Middle School starts here! ✨

Help your rising 6th–8th grader walk into the new school year with confidence at Deerfield-Windsor’s Middle School Boot Camp! This fun and informative camp is designed to help students feel prepared, organized, and excited for everything middle school has to offer.

Campers will:

✔️ Gain confidence navigating academics and social life
