ELCI-Albany, Oregon The English Language & Culture Institute teaches English to international students so that they can To find out more about LBCC, simply visit their website.

We teach English as a second language so our students can either attend Colleges in the USA or just improve their English skills. For college bound students, we can help you get a higher TOEFL score. Our newest location is on campus at Linn Benton Community College. With our partnership with LBCC, students at ELCI Albany have the opportunity to enter into the Oregon University System by attending LBCC and then transferring to their school of choice. Many international students worry about maintaining a good GPA while studying in a foreign language, but LBCC has many resources to assist in learning. Attending community college gives flexibility to transfer and is also much more cost effective than going straight to a four year university. ELCI Albany is in a great location and is partnered with a great school, with 6,000 full time students.

NEWS UPDATE: The government has agreed to rescind DHS and ICE rules barring international students attending online universities from staying in the U.S. per a hearing from today's Harvard and MIT lawsuit against the agencies.

ICE will revert back to the guidance it issues in March that allows students taking online courses to reside in the United States on F-1 visas.

We are currently accepting students for our ELCI Online School and may be able to match transfer student tuition! Sign-Up to observe ELCI Online School for FREE today!
