Thank you to Philip Gallagher ’74 who visited CBA to present a scholarship award from the Knights of Columbus. This will be presented to an incoming CBA 9th grader and was accepted by Dr. Schlegel. Go Brothers!

Even during exam week, our Brothers found time to serve others. Seven CBA students volunteered at the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s All That Jazz event on June 11 at Glen Sanders Mansion, which helps support families affected by neuromuscular diseases while raising awareness and funds for critical research. Thank you for representing CBA and the values of service. Go Brothers!

Congratulations to the 8th Grade Class of 2026 who celebrated their Moving Up Ceremony on Friday, June 5. Students were recognized for their academic, service, leadership and athletic achievements throughout middle school. The class looks forward to officially being members of the high school student body next Fall. Go Brothers!

Congratulations to Michael O’Shaughnessy ’22 and the Georgia Bulldogs on advancing to the College World Series!

Michael played a pivotal role in Georgia’s Super Regional victory over Mississippi State, blasting two home runs in Game 1, including a go-ahead three-run shot in the 8th inning, before adding two hits and an RBI in Game 2. Watch his game winning shot here : https://tinyurl.com/4exdb4v6

Yesterday, the CBA community gathered for our annual Flag Lowering Ceremony, marking the close of another successful school year.

Cadet Colonel Jackson Davignon ’27 shared his vision for the year ahead as the Class of 2027 prepares to lead. Dr. Schlegel reflected on the memories and accomplishments of the past year and recognized Brother Richard Lalime for his dedication to Lasallian education for the last 60 years.

As the final bell of the school year rings, we wish all of our students, families, faculty, and staff a safe and enjoyable summer. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in September.

On May 26, CBA held its annual Mother’s Review Ceremony. This traditional ceremony is where the senior class officially transitions the brigade over to the Class of 2027. They presented their mothers and other special family members with their swords and hats as a token of their appreciation. Additionally, select students were recognized for their commitment to service after graduation. Congratulations to the Class of 2026! Go Brothers!
