Time is running out to sign up for the ESP Winter Conference in Salem on Feb. 20-21. Most costs (hotel, mileage) are included as part of your membership in OEA!
Among the topics discussed are working with dysregulated students and adults; improving participation in your local union; Weingarten rights information; and a session with a state employee on how to file for unemployment!

Why ESPs are Union members!
Support Staff matter, because education matters to everyone. ESPs making a difference.

Evergreen schools remain closed as union, district clash over wages and staffing;

If the union can’t secure safety, good staff will leave.
If the union can’t secure better pay, good staff will leave.
If the union can’t secure respect, good staff will leave.

And when good staff leave, we all lose.
