Hello Karate Family. Today was an amazing day that has been long over due. It's been well over a year since the pandemic as we are still in the trenches battling every day to get back to some sort of normalcy. However Shihan, Sensei and Coaches would like to congratulate Ema,Taig, (Ikyu) Morgan, Nic, Emir, Lukas, and Maddy on today's promotion (Jr. Black Belt). We are all super proud of your accomplishments at the dojo. We would also like to thank the parents for all your continued support during these challenging times. Our new norm as Shihan calls it. This chapter may have ended today however, the next chapter begins! Congrats again and enjoy some pics from today. Thank you Osu!

The dojo will be closed Friday May 28th thru Monday May 31st for Memorial Day Holiday. Classes/ Virtual classes will resume Tuesday June 1st 5:30-6:30.

If you have past dues that are late please see Coach Eric by Thursday May 27th before 6:30. You can also drop payment off in the lock box at the dojo and follow-up with a text to Coach Eric.

Hello karate family; we would like to say to all that celebrate it, please have a wonderful Good Friday and joyous Easter weekend.

With that being said, there will be no weapons class on Saturday, 4/3/2021 due to the holiday weekend.

And on that note, with spring break upcoming next week, classes are OPTIONAL; we will keep our regular schedule for next week for Zoom classes for those that would still like to "attend" and for whomever is scheduled for in person and would still like to attend. Also, If you have not paid January, February, or March dues please contact Coach Eric via text or email. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOR DUES, PLEASE DISREGARD.

Hello karate family; due to a message received late this afternoon, we're required to quarantine the dojo for 14 days. All Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday zoom classes will continue as scheduled with Sensei Kristen and Sensei Andre' instructing from home but weapons classes will be postponed until further notice. If anyone is experiencing any symptoms, we encourage you to go get tested and/or if you develop any symptoms, we encourage to reach out to Coach Eric ASAP via text (518-308-3270), phone call (518-308-3270) or email ([email protected]). We are following the same protocols that the local school districts follow. We encourage everyone to continue social distancing, sanitizing and wearing face coverings in order to keep safe. Happy New Year Karate Family!

We hope that 2021 has found everyone in happy and healthy spirits. Time is already flying; it's hard to believe it is already the middle January. We ask that if you have not made your monthly dues payment, please do so via mail, or by dropping your cash/check payment in the mailbox at the dojo. As a reminder, the dojo mailing address is 456 Albany Shaker Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211.

In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day (Monday, January 18th) the dojo/Zoom will be closed. All Zoom classes will resume as scheduled on Tuesday, January 19th at regular time (5:30pm-6:30pm).

During these challenging times, we are thankful to have the ability to keep the program operating through Zoom. We are kindly requesting that parents/caregivers assist us by reminding the children to practice staying focused and exercising dojo etiquette. We understand that for some this may be tough as class has been extended into their homes. Shihan, Sensei Kristen and Sensei Andre appreciate continued focus, dedication, effort, attention and respect! Even though we are practicing on Zoom, class hours are still counted towards the next promotional. We are asking parents for a little assistance during the 1hr class time to help keep the kids focused and engaged. We are on a quest, to be our best!

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe-- We miss you all! Please keep practicing and working hard during these times.
