We are happy to announce that our faculty voted this week to adopt a policy making GRE scores no longer required for application for admission into both our MS and PhD programs!
Prospective students can submit their scores as a supplementary document if they believe the scores will enhance their application.
Other supplementary information students may consider appending are journal publications, products from research activities, conference presentations, web page content, computer code, data visualization dashboards, teaching or scientific outreach materials, etc.
Please note: Submitting an application without GRE scores will not place the applicant at a disadvantage. The Graduate Recruitment Committee evaluates all application materials from all applicants, and reviews and considers any relevant supplementary information provided.
The Committee bases its admissions decisions on a holistic view of each application, and a lack of supplementary material does not discount an application in any way.
More information will be available on our website soon!
