This course offers Licensed Massage Therapists a practical, confident pathway to integrating cupping therapy into their existing sessions — deepening the work they already do rather than replacing it. As an LMT, you already think in terms of tissue quality, compensatory patterns, and the way tension travels through the body. This course builds directly on that foundation. You will discover that the meridian pathways of traditional East Asian medicine and the fascial lines you work with every day are remarkably aligned — and that understanding that relationship transforms cupping from an add-on technique into a precise, purposeful clinical tool. You will learn to read the body through both lenses simultaneously: using meridian pathways as functional roadmaps for locating and releasing fascial restriction, and using your hands-on assessment skills to inform where and how you place the cup. The result is treatment that is more targeted, more effective, and more meaningful to explain to your clients. No prior training in East Asian medicine is required. If you can feel a fascial restriction and trace where it leads, you already speak this language — this course simply gives you more of the vocabulary.
