New York based college students working towards a degree in construction or construction-related engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) at colleges or universities can apply below. The NYSERDA analysis released today regarding the costs of CLCPA implementation is staggering but also not surprising. We call on the Legislature to work with Governor Hochul to rationalize and roll back provisions of the law NY simply cannot afford. Our statement here:
