Celebrating Our Grandparents (9/11/26): Happy Grandparents Day!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate. Our center was buzzing with so much love, laughter, and joy. We know family comes in many forms. A huge thank you goes out to every grandparent, aunt, uncle, and loved one who stepped in to fill the gaps and made sure every child had someone special there. Yesterday was a day full of celebration, laughter, and memories

Congratulations to our amazing FLC Preschool Scholars! We are so proud of you and all you have accomplished. You are smart, talented, and ready for your next adventure! We can’t wait to hear about all the wonderful things you will do in the future.

A special thank you to our incredible Preschool Teacher, Ms. Lockett for your dedication, love, and hard work throughout the year. We also appreciate our amazing staff for helping make this year so memorable.

Our Family Fun Day was filled with laughter, games, and memories, including sack races, spoon-and-egg races, bean bag toss, tug-of-war, water activities, and a delicious pizza party with treats!

A big shout-out to Kiwanis Club of Albany-Dougherty County for providing our graduates and after-school scholars with book bags filled with school supplies. Your generosity means so much!

End of Summer Camp Field Day | Friday, July 10, 2026! A fun-filled day of friendly competition brought our Summer Camp to a close! Campers and their families enjoyed tug-of-war, sack races, spoon-and-egg relays, sponge games, water ballon pop, and bucket-and-water challenges. The celebration ended with a pizza party, treat bags, and Summer Camp Completion Certificates for all of our campers. Thank you to our campers, families, and staff for making this summer camp a success. We hope everyone has a safe, happy, and fun-filled rest of the summer!

Time flies when WE’RE having fun!

We are now in Week 5 of summer camp, and it feels like we are just getting started. Our campers have been busy making memories, learning, and enjoying every moment together.

So far, our adventures have included field trips to the museum and the All American Fun Park. We’ve also enjoyed weekly swimming and tennis at the YMCA, along with lots of fun in-house activities.

We celebrated Juneteenth with a special “dress as elders/senior citizens” day, had a cozy Pajama Day, and explored creativity through hands-on STEAM projects and activities.

We also took time to celebrate Father’s Day with our special “Donuts with Dad” event

More fun is still ahead—stay tuned for more summer memories!

What an amazing day we had at our Family Fun Day! We loved seeing so many smiles, laughter, and special moments shared between our children and their families. From fun games to lively music, creative painting, arts & crafts, and delicious food, it was a day full of joy and connection.
