These photos may be from years ago, but the smiles are still the same.

As we count down to graduation, we’re celebrating the memories, milestones, and moments that shaped the Class of 2026 into who they are today. From childhood adventures and family vacations to school plays, sports seasons, and everything in between, each photo captures a chapter of a story that has led to this moment.

Now, after years of learning, growing, and making memories, graduation is just days away. Congratulations, Class of 2026! We can’t wait to celebrate all you’ve accomplished and all that lies ahead.

How do you turn cardboard and duct tape into a boat?

Hear from Arshan E. '30 as he shares how his team approached this year's Annual Middle School Boat Race, from the design process and construction challenges to putting their creation to the test in the pool.

Using only cardboard, duct tape, teamwork, and plenty of creativity, 8th grade students engineered their own boats and raced to see whose design could stay afloat the longest. The result? An afternoon full of problem-solving, innovation, and a few splashes along the way!

Lower School Signing Day at Albany Academy!

It was our great pleasure to welcome newly enrolled families to our Lower School Family Fun Friday. Before they headed into the event for games, food trucks, and good times (brought to us by the AAPA!), students stopped and “committed” to Albany Academy, complete with a signing letter and signature cap.

Welcome to Albany Academy! Enjoy summer and we will see you this fall. 💙❤️

Sometimes we setup and schedule testimonials with big cameras and lights...and sometimes a fourth grader simply writes a poem about her school as part of a class assignment. When that happens, we run with it, because how much more real can a testimonial be??

Hear Ellie C. '34 share her "Albany Academy" poem. And if you're interested in learning more about fourth grade (the best path to enter our starting at grade 5 Middle School!), we'll connect you with Ellie (and admissions). 😉

Hear ye, hear ye! A huge congratulations to our 6th grade girls for a Renaissance Faire performance that was nothing short of spectacular. From the expressive storytelling to the confident stage presence, every moment reflected their hard work, creativity, and growing skills as performers. It was a joy to see them bring history to life with such energy and heart. Bravo to all!
