📚 Something exciting is happening in our library! 📚

We’ve had a goal of refreshing and strengthening our library, and thanks to Mrs. Alu’s enthusiasm and commitment, that goal is becoming a reality in a BIG way!

This summer, our library received new tables and a remodeled checkout counter thanks to Mr. Alu and Mr. White, while Mrs. Alu has been tackling the enormous job of going through our collection book by book. She’s preserving books with historical value, repairing well-loved favorites, replacing worn-out titles, and adding fresh new books and series, including quality Christian literature our students will love.

And then something pretty amazing happened! ❤️ After a fellow librarian shared Mrs. Alu’s wish list on Instagram, hundreds of donated books began arriving at ACS!

📦📚 Packages have been pouring in, and it has been so much fun watching our library transform.

Mrs. Alu has even created library Instagram and TikTok accounts so you can follow along with the transformation and all the fun happening in the library this year!

We are so grateful for the passion and creativity she is pouring into creating a library where students are excited to walk through the doors, discover something new, and fall in love with a great book. ❤️

We are starting to prepare for your return! We can't wait to see Preschool - 8th graders as they come on Sept. 8th to say hello to their new teachers, drop off school supplies, and for middle schoolers - to get their new lockers! This night is for everyone! See you there!

Middle School back to School night is a chance for parents to come and see what it will be like for a day in the life of your middle schooler! PARENTS - please join us at 6pm in your student's home room class. You have the opportunity to meet the entire MS teaching staff and ask any questions you may have about the middle school experience.
