April is National Stress Awareness Month. Here are some personal tips from Collaboratory Staff about how we like to handle stress.

Today is the Day! Join Us INSIDE for our Health Collaboration Expo with First United Methodist Church of Schenectady. Open to everyone to join the fun!

We will have insurance sign ups, fresh food, voter registration, narcan training, blood pressure tests, and more! For the kids there will be toys, games, chalk, coloring, and balloon animals, all free!

This month, we acknowledge and celebrate those with Autism. Autism is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave.

Our first Mass Food Distribution is two weeks from today.

Come visit our Pharmacist Jackie and Pharmacy Technician Renay at 200 Green Street tomorrow, March 21st! The Albany Housing Resource Center and the Collaboratory will be hosting a narcan training and distribution event from 10am to 2pm.

This event is free and open to all! Take 5 minutes to learn how to save a life by reversing an opioid overdose!
