The Legislative Staffer Event is underway in Milne 200!

Pi Sigma Alpha will be hosting a Legislative Staffer Event, tomorrow, April 17th at 6:30pm in Milne 200 (downtown campus). This event will feature staffers, counsel, lobbyists, and executive assistants from the NYS Senate and Assembly! This will be a great networking opportunity, and is open to all students! Pizza and refreshments will be served.

Pi Sigma Alpha will be holding an informational on Tuesday, April 1st, at 7pm in Education 22! Come find out what we're about and apply for membership! Applications are due April 11th, and can be picked up in Humanities B16!

On October 17th Pi Sigma Alpha at UAlbany will be hosting a forum for the upcoming mayoral race. Candidates Kathy Sheehan (Democrat), Jesse Calhoun (Republican) and Theresa Portelli (Green) will be in attendance. The focus of this forum will relate to the role of students within the larger Albany community. Does anyone have specific subjects or questions they would like included in this forum?

Don't forget that PSA applications are available in the Political Science contact office! Applications are easy to complete and are due on October 17th at 12pm.

Interested in getting more involved? The Political Science Department will be holding an event on the downtown campus on Monday and needs volunteers! This is a great chance to meet and network with the Political Science faculty.
