Father-Mother God, we place ourselves into the Light with you. Thank you. We ask that that which will be for the greater good on the planet and for the highest good of all of us here be activated and that we stand as commutators to bring this energy more than ever into this area.
We ask that the angels working with us take the Light of our own beingness and place it ahead of us for these coming days, that peace may prevail. Through this Light, we look at the hate and the war that we verbalized and ask that it all be transmuted now into peace. We ask for that energy to be blended in us as a resource, something we can call upon in times of need, however that appears to us.
We ask that those areas in our body that have war and hate against the peace blend together so all is felt as love. No worries. No concerns. Just the blending of the duality of ourselves, the physical and the Spirit. We acknowledge the fight, the flesh warring against the Spirit and even against itself.

When you choose, as a Soul, to turn back into the Light and Sound that is your source, the inner strength to overcome the challenges, addictions, and limitations of this world comes into play. You begin to realize that the sensations of this world were all an attempt to remember and experience the immense loving Spirit from which you came.

Flowing through Life like a Stream
The heart wants a contentment, a peacefulness, a quality of flowing through life like a stream that flows on its path to the ocean. You're flowing on the stream of Light and Sound, into this great ocean of love. You can't get off. You can go a long way to the periphery, but you still keep moving forward. And everyone is going to make it back to the ocean, back into the heart of God.

When you feel separation or loneliness, look to what your ego is doing. Is it prompting you to act as if you are greater than others? Is it judging you as being less than others? Or more than others? Or both? Are you demanding that those around you fulfill your expectations? Have you become adversarial? Recognition has its place in this world and is fine when you can keep it in a balanced perspective. Have you sought recognition at the expense of a greater participation in Soul awareness? Perhaps there is some assignment in your life where the stakes seem high? Could you use this as an experiment to learn about your motivation? What happens when you are willing to question your motives? What happens when you reach into "the highest good of all"? If you would know Soul Transcendence, move your attention out of the ego and into greater honesty with yourself. More than speaking truthful words, be willing to honestly examine your motives and change your behavior in keeping with your learning. And as you move past the initial challenge this presents, you may find qualities of the Soul: freedom, joy, peace, loving and oneness.

Original Innocence Is Like New Snow
When we have really forgiven somebody, we enter into original innocence. And that original innocence is like new snow. It's like fresh rain that clears the air. It's anything where you just go, "Wow." I guess it's every sunset I've ever seen - they're all new.

I'm going to do an exercise in forgiveness. I would like you to join me and we'll just put that out for ourselves, for those who we have close to us, certainly our family and our neighbors, and even those we don't know. Dear Lord, we ask that you visit into our heart, that you bring to us our awareness of whatever we hold in judgment, and especially whoever we would hold in judgment. We ask that you lead us in forgiveness and teach us what we must do. And as we understand you show us we are to let go and be open to your mercy. We ask for our judgments to be bathed within us so we are merciful towards ourselves, that each one of us lets go of any judgment to find we are cleansed of harshness and bitterness. We especially ask that you move into what we have forgotten, into our past actions, and that you clean up and clear the transgressions that we bring to you. Thank you for the children and for showing us again and again that we all are beloved children of God. Come again and again into our midst and remind us of our innocence and our purity that lead us in the ways that we are to become like you. We are all children returning to our rightful place in your loving embrace and in your peace for all.

The problem we're having as human beings is that we're not tuned to our space inside of us. We're trying to tune to space outside of us to make us quiet in here, and it isn't going to work that way. Every one of us have tried that. We know it only works when we come back inside and work on loving ourselves.

Question: How can I be sure I'm not creating negativity or imbalance for myself in relationships?
J-R: There are a few criteria. One is, don't go into guilt. Do you know why guilt hurts people? It is the most intimate, personal, emotional response you can have that you can't really share with anyone else. You can tell people about your guilty feelings, but that's telling, not sharing. Guilt is your own homemade product. If you feel guilty, you have ingeniously set up a tribunal of judges within you. Depending on your cultural or religious background, you could use the Bible, Koran, Kabala, Bhagavad Gita, or maybe even a saying on a building "To Thine Own Self Be True." Whatever it is, you have used an outer source as your reference point for how you should behave. If you don't behave according to that, you judge yourself and then create and eat of the guilt. That is not to say that any outer source is wrong for you. It's not the source itself; it's what you do with it. Anything or anyone may offer wisdom -- in words, signs, symbols, and experience. To bow down to writing on a wall or in a book can be ineffective, to say the least. To worship the writings in your own heart and manifest the heart's action in your life is to live in the true power. If you are going to do something, instead of feeling guilty, you may as well enjoy it. If you are not going to enjoy it, don't do it.

Know That Love Is the Radical Solution
So many people want to know why we are here. If the answer lay in the mind, the engineers would have figured it out and would be our spiritual leaders. If having power in the world was the answer, then the politicians would be our enlightened guides. If the answer is found in fame and glamour, then our celebrities would offer us much more than publicity and good looks. Our true leaders are those who look at life in a radically different way. They know that love is the radical solution. It's radical because most of us don't approach life that way. For the most part, we approach life reactively, trying to control rather than letting go. The answer is that out of God come all things, that God loves all of its creation, and that not one Soul will be lost. This is the context for living a life without fear or worry. As you integrate these truths into yourself, you will let go and relax into the arms of the Beloved.
